Who is the training for? |
The training is for people with a learning disability.

What is the training about? |
The training is about how to make a complaint. A lot of the course looks at understanding how people should expect to be treated. Unless you can understand this you will not understand what it is you can complain about. |

What does the course cost |
The course is free for the people who use the Adult Service because they fund us. We can run it for people who use other organisations. We will have to change it to fit any new groups complaints policy. |

When will you start running the training? |
The first course was a great success - we can now run it whenever people want it - but are currently running it three times a year. { I know we need a better picture!}
